Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your SmartPlaces account, please contact us via email. You can either email us directly at [email protected] or use the contact form available on the platform.

To access the contact form, navigate to the main menu, select ‘Connect’, and then click on ‘Contact’ to open the form.

In your message, please indicate your request for account deletion. Upon receipt, we will promptly process your request and send you an email confirmation.
