Land Plot Swapping

The ‘Swapping’ section under ‘Thrive’ allows you to swap your land plots for Land Plot Credits, which can be redeemed for new land plots for a $SPXT fee.

To begin, click on ‘Swapping.’ A popup will appear on the left where you have to select your wallet. Make sure to select and connect the wallet that contains the land plots you wish to swap. If your wallet is not yet synced with your account, go to ‘Account Settings’ to complete the process. To swap custodial land plots, you must first transfer them to a wallet. For more information, refer to the ‘Wallets’ section under ‘Manage Account.’

Once your wallet is connected, you will be able to view your $SPXT token and $ADA wallet balances, along with the list of NFT land plots in the synced wallet. To find a specific land plot, simply enter the address or land plot ID in the search field.

With each swap, up to 25 land plots can be exchanged for land plot credits at once. After selecting the land plots (up to 25), the total $SPXT token fee will be displayed in the footer.

Once you click the ‘Checkout and Submit’ button, you will be asked to sign the transaction for transferring the selected land plot(s) and paying the $SPXT token fee. After submission, a waiting screen will appear, followed by confirmation of the transaction. As the last step, the corresponding number of Land Plot Credits will be added to your account (1 swapped land plot = 1 land plot credit).

If your wallet lacks sufficient $SPXT token, you will be prompted to purchase more. For additional information, please refer to the ‘Buy SPXT’ section in this FAQ.
