Bridge NFT Land Plot

In the ‘Bridge NFT Land plot’ section, you can transfer NFT land plots between blockchains for a small fee in Smart Credits. Currently, land plots can be minted on the Solana or Cardano blockchains, and NFTs can be transferred between them. Support for additional blockchains will be introduced in the future.
Please note: Each NFT land plot is unique across all blockchains, meaning that for every hex location, only one NFT can ever exist.
By clicking on ‘Bridge NFT Land plot’, a new window will open on the left, allowing you to seamlessly bridge your SmartPlaces NFT across blockchains. To proceed, first select your source and destination blockchain.
Ensure that your crypto wallet is connected and that you have Smart Credits. If you don’t have Smart Credits yet, click the pink ‘Buy Smart Credits’ button or, alternatively, ‘Buy Credits’ in the top-left menu. For instructions on purchasing Smart Credits, refer to the ‘Buy Credits’ section in this FAQ.
Cardano → Solana
To bridge NFT land plots from Cardano to Solana, start by selecting the Cardano provider to connect your browser extension wallet (in this example, Begin Wallet). Ensure that you select the wallet where the land plot(s) you want to bridge to Solana are synchronized.
If your land plot(s) are still stored in your custodial wallet, you must first transfer them to a crypto wallet before using the NFT bridge. To learn how to sync a wallet or transfer custodial land plots, visit the ‘How to set up your account’ section and navigate to ‘Wallets’ under ‘Manage Account’.
To unsync your wallet and select a different one, click the pink icon with the exit sign next to your wallet address.
Your land plot(s) will be automatically stored in your Solana SPX Custodial Account Wallet as the destination wallet.
In the next step, select the NFT land plot(s) you want to bridge to Solana. You can either enter the land plot address or search for the land plot ID. The selected land plot will be highlighted with a light green frame. Next to the land plot ID, you will see the Cardano icon, indicating the blockchain on which the NFT is stored.
You can bridge up to 20 land plots in a single transaction. To proceed, click the purple ‘Checkout and Submit’ button and follow the on-screen instructions. Please note that you must have at least 2 $ADA in your wallet and pay a small transaction fee (less than 1 $ADA). This fee is required by the Cardano blockchain to validate and process your transaction.
Once the transaction is successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation message. Your NFT land plot(s) will then be bridged to Solana. Please note that the process may take a few minutes to begin. NFTs are bridged one at a time and will be transferred to your custodial wallet, where you can claim them.
After the transaction, you can view your land plots under ‘My Land Plots’ in the ‘Explore’ section. Your Solana NFT land plot(s) will be displayed there, now stored in your Solana SPX Custodial Account Wallet. To learn how to transfer custodial land plot(s), visit the ‘How to set up your account’ section and navigate to ‘Wallets’ under ‘Manage Account’.
