What are pills and why are they important?

Pills are scattered throughout the playing field, and SmartMan needs to ‘eat’ them to clear the level and earn points. Collecting all the white pills in a level allows SmartMan to advance to the next level. These points help boost your score, which is critical for leaderboard rankings.
